ABOUT US Phyllis Mackey, MS, LMFT Phyllis is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who serves individuals, couples and families facing challenges including child and adolescent behavior problems, family and relationship difficulties and life cycle transitions. She works with clients who are dealing with trauma histories and PTSD (Posttraumatic Stress Disorder) and is trained in EMDR. Working with individuals age 5 and over, she assists clients and their families face the challenges of depression, anxiety and other anxiety related disorders. Phyllis helps clients discover and utilize their individual, family and community strengths and resources. Phyllis received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Middlebury College and her Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of New Hampshire. In 2011, she served as President of the New Hampshire Association of Marriage and Family Therapists. Carol R. Minotti, MS, LMFT Carol is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with children, adults, couples and families to address challenges posed by school difficulties, adjustments to life transitions, and parenting issues. Carol's professional interests include working with families facing the challenges of a member with persistent mental illness and assisting individuals with the transition of becoming new parents. She utilizes a strengths based approach that empowers clients to resolve problems and overcome challenges. Carol received her Bachelor of Science in Family Studies and her Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of New Hampshire. Carol is a clinical member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy. Tia Madaffari Hackett, MS, LMFT Tia is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist working with individuals, couples and families facing challenges brought about by life transitions, including relationship difficulties, pregnancy and postpartum transitions, blending families and parenting issues. Tia’s professional interests include working with individuals and couples transitioning into marital and committed relationships, becoming new parents and addressing prenatal and postpartum stressors, managing divorce and re-marriage transitions as well as working with couples and families that are managing a chronic physical or mental illness. Tia utilizes a collaborative, strengths-based approach that supports people to identify and utilize their own strengths, supports, and resources in finding resolutions to difficulties and challenges. Tia earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Wellesley College and her Master of Science degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of New Hampshire. |
